To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唯一一間餐廳可以令到男朋友食到發脾氣咖喱炸牛腩,咖哩汁上面個層係凍,下面係熱,好明顯係叮出黎,牛腩層炸皮好薄好軟,牛腩無凍嘅,好明顯煮完擺咗好耐再翻叮(但我地都等咗超過30分鐘先上喱道菜)菠蘿軟殼蟹海鮮炒飯,兩條軟殼蟹又凍又軟又苦,成個飯係微暖,菠蘿夠甜最好食但都係凍嘅(個飯等咗超過40分鐘)米紙卷冇特別,但蘿蔔絲夠酸好好食同樣價錢可以去其他餐廳食到"非翻叮食物",唔需要俾$100/餸食微波爐翻叮食物明明已經同扎頭髮女職員講咗兩位,之後眼見佢去汁位,點知汁完位佢去做其他野,之後有另一位長髮女職員再問我地幾位先帶我地入座,用餐過程中都冇主動加水/汁枱/將食物岩岩好擺到枱邊唔好跌就走,最後仲要收加一服務費服務係極度一般雖然間餐廳坐得幾舒服,但唔會再有下次,男朋友食完鬧足間餐廳1個鍾

咖喱炸牛腩,咖哩汁上面個層係凍,下面係熱,好明顯係叮出黎,牛腩層炸皮好薄好軟,牛腩無凍嘅,好明顯煮完擺咗好耐再翻叮(但我地都等咗超過30分鐘先上喱道菜)

菠蘿軟殼蟹海鮮炒飯,兩條軟殼蟹又凍又軟又苦,成個飯係微暖,菠蘿夠甜最好食但都係凍嘅(個飯等咗超過40分鐘)
