Restaurant: The 5B Private Corner

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 荃灣好多餐廳,但大部分都係連鎖店,要搵一間環境舒服、好食、講究食材既餐廳真係好難。喺工廈入面就有呢間cafe,喺荃灣廣場行過去大概十分鐘,但絕對值得!餐廳單位喺5樓B室,所以叫5B。晚餐有大概七、八個選擇,餐有湯、牛油多士、沙律、主菜同甜品,十分豐富。我地嗌咗兩樣嘢share食。Risotto個pesto味唔錯,松葉蟹腳竟然係用真蟹腳而唔係加工蟹柳!而我地真正surprised係個芝士海鮮薯蓉,好creamy好香,不過一定要share嚟食,自己一個食會太多!而入面既海鮮都好足料,有魚、蜆肉、蝦、元貝⋯⋯最後仲可以揀件cake或雪糕做甜品,大滿足!
