To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同妹妹收工去天后搵食無意中發現有間主打健康以新鮮水果同優格為主既飲品店。係我最喜歡既飲品配搭,當然要一試。我同妹妹都係草莓控,所以我地都係揀左草莓類既飲品。佢點既係草莓優格果昔而我點既係草莓優格蓋茶。草莓優格果昔先睇賣相已經相當吸睛,漸層的顏色很美。第一啖飲落口草莓口感濃厚,再配上乳酪酸酸甜甜,非常開胃,加上配上新鮮水果既果糖,簡單得黎又唔會過甜,一個唔小心就成杯飲哂。而草莓優格蓋茶 厚實既優格佔整杯蓋茶的三分一,中間係鮮榨草莓容,配上桂花烏龍作茶底,三者非常配合,口感豐富甜而不膩,絕對是令人回頭的小店。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
