To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次老友神神秘秘帶左我去佐敦話食好西,原來係帶我食拉麵。餐廳幾特別,叫熊拉麵,然後有好幾款拉麵都係熊系列,例如白熊拉麵、黑熊拉麵,各自有不同的配料同味道,相當有趣。時間接近晚市旺場時間,好彩地我地都偷得一個半位,唔需要等位,實在太好了。一如其他拉麵店要畫紙仔落單,我叫左個”熊拉麵”(叉燒都有得揀要梅頭瘦叉燒定火炙肥叉燒),加埋隻秘製溏心蛋同煎餃,YUM YUM!黎得一定要主力講碗麵,我點的是1.5mm中幼麵,麵的口感足,煙韌有彈性,帶有爽滑的感覺。而叉燒一層層分明,燒得香,入哂味,佐敦吃碗拉麵果然都唔同。我最愛就是那顆秘製溏心蛋,入味得黎仲流心,真的溶化我的心,一口吃掉是最佳食法。另外,店內小小,都好有日本風格,就好似日本的拉麵店一樣有”1314”和冰水招待,還有一些調味的配料,值得推介。
