To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚突然想食中菜,記起佐敦有一間新開的酒樓,口碑不錯,所以約朋友 前往試試。這裏環境寬敞,枱與枱之間不會太近。 看看餐牌,有些菜式正做特價,有金牌脆皮燒雞,只是38元,清蒸龍躉斑才是88元,實在超值。喜歡吃魚的我當然選了龍躉斑,我果然沒有選擇錯,魚肉非常嫩滑,廚師掌握蒸魚時間恰到好處,雖然只是88元,但也有一斤二兩重,非常抵吃。我們還點了一個鮮菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉, 雖然這味菜式很多酒家也可吃到,但這裡的拔絲咕嚕肉脆粉不是太厚,吃下去淡淡肉,加上拔絲皮帶點脆,非常可口。今次我要隆重推介的是酒香蝦腰蒸蛋, 真的不能不讚廚師手藝非凡,蛋蒸得滑滑的,蛋入面加入很多食材, 例如冬菇、萵筍、鮮蝦、蝦子、櫻花蝦,各有不同口感,很少酒樓可吃到這個菜式,而且這麼出色, 極力推薦大家要試一試啊!整體而言,第一次光顧但印象非常難忘,除了服務態度殷勤外,食物質素真的無庸置疑,這是我必會再光顧的 原因。
