To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 旺角呢兩年開咗超多茶餐廳,講真食物又唔覺得特別好出色,來來去去都有種翠華style直到見到九龍餐室,一入去除了光猛仲有極高樓底,每枱之間有充裕距離,旺角區又可以傾到計的茶餐廳真心唔多。而食物都算係中上,百零蚊就有扒餐食,唔洗一百蚊有小菜加湯,幾十蚊有個碟頭飯,這個年頭平靚正絕對絕對是必須的!今晚點了照燒汁雞扒配鰻魚飯,飯面佈滿木魚碎,米飯具彈性有咬口,不會太軟或過硬,雞扒有煎香,雖然是宵夜但份量很合理!!
