雖然搬離荃灣,但仍然會响荃灣搵食。老公是超鍾意食煲仔飯的,雖然煲仔飯周圍都有得食,但有水準的真的很久都未試過!老公唔知响邊知道有這間小店,夜晚9點幾都要排隊。舖頭坐位不多,夜晚會响門口加摺枱。煲仔飯是完全由自己配搭的,選3款$70。我們要雙腸田雞。要等20分鐘。上枱時再焗一焗。田雞的份量認真多,又大件。至於煲仔飯最重要的飯底......是超好食的!!飯身一粒一粒很煙韌,又有少少焦香味。飯焦比例剛剛好,脆得黎又唔會痴牙。小店除了有煲仔飯甜豉油,仲有豬油畀你撈飯。我就無落,但老公就話好香好好味!避風塘雞翼尖個名好吸引,但就麻麻地,雞尖無走油,食落好似食淨雞皮咁。建議可以炸香少少,咁就乾身啲惹味啲。馬拉戔燒通菜上菜時有陣燒烤味,但神奇地又燒得唔乾。第一次食燒菜,比一般食開的炒菜特別。其實餐廳沒有什麼服務可言,但要收加一服務費。但為咗個煲仔飯,我仍然會再黎!
