上菜速度正常,但煮出嚟嘅菜式唔夠熱。但係對老店嘅菜式水準好失望北京填鴨名菜冇皮肉分開,仲要切得勁厚身,最差嘅係薄餅皮冇用指甲開一層層,搞到啲皮黐住晒。
酸辣湯得辣,毫無酸味。 蟹粉拌麵,麵質黐到一嚿嚿。 石頭雞,肉質超老,冇保留肉質嘅嫩滑。
普普通通一個薑汁湯圓,都可以好難食。毫無薑味, 粒湯圓咬落口超厚皮,仲有少少生,芝麻餡勁少。 好彩餐廳舊孤寒,每碗只有兩粒,如果四粒嘅話都唔知食唔食好

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
