To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 永年在元朗,對我們港島人很遙遠,每次去元朗都無時間吃。又懶得去尖咀試食,所以永年在港島開分店就好方便啦。今次星期五早少少到,之後lunch hour會多人,難找個舒適位坐。本人實在不喜歡坐bar stool吃飯,腳短無辦法。。。今天試咗豬皮魷魚魚蛋。豬皮係永年推介食品,好爽好味啊。湯底也好好,惹味夠濃,食完又唔會口渴。比我想像中好。辣汁我選了微辣,其實都好夠辣,真係唔食得辣嘅都係選不辣比較適合,坐我隔離嘅男士受不到那種辣,見佢食得比較辛苦。推介嘅豬腸等食品我就少食,所以唔試啦。另外食返普通餸,即係魚蛋魷魚。魚蛋就令人失望,選用嘅魚蛋就市面上最細粒又唔太好食那一種。魷魚普普通通啦,灣仔嘅車仔麵之家魷魚好食過永年。下次試吓推介嘅流心蛋
