係灣仔聯發街,重建左之後多左棟靚靚serviced apartment,亦左開左唔少decent餐廳,其中位於一樓嘅潮州菜,無論環境同食物都令我好有驚喜。鵝片($188)食潮州菜點少得食鵝片,就算例牌都份量不少,口感鬆化,下面墊有滷豆腐,無滷得過鹹,就咁食唔洗配飯都得。金不換燉海螺($68)、鹹菜花蛤湯($68)第一次飲燉湯係用上金不換,味道十分特別,清甜得黎帶有金不換獨特清香,鹹菜豬肚湯就周圍有得飲,配花蛤真係第一次,本身我唔食內臟,所以呢個湯就岩曬我。家鄉炒潮州麵線($128)麵線有粗有幼,彈牙炒得有鑊氣,加埋潮州辣椒醬簡直係絕配。普寧豆醬生焗嘉美雞 - 半隻($228)普寧豆醬焗雞係好傳統嘅潮州食物,嘉美雞係比較瘦同有雞味,由於係即叫即生焗,雞肉又滑又入味,下面墊有唔少馬蹄,呢個口感上嘅對比十分聰明,清甜嘅馬蹄仲可以減輕豆醬嘅味道。清心丸綠豆爽雖然已經好飽,但有清心丸綠豆爽送就梗係要食埋先完滿啦~食落唔甜,清心丸同綠豆爽已經煮到透曬,好味!。唔係講笑,你唔試呢間潮州菜,真係你損失喔~。📍薈潮軒 (灣仔)灣仔聯發街18號1樓。@chiuwuihin 。#gpigwanchai
