食開一壽司既都知有黑夜壽司六折時段,要9點半至10點先有,而家逢星期一至四6點半開始,終於唔使等到頸到長埋挨住肚餓提早有得食。有折梗係必叫海膽同龍蝦沙律軍艦啦~ 海膽幾新鮮,龍蝦沙律完全滿瀉咁制,都好彈牙。生蝦,帆立貝,三文魚刺身另外必叫,刺身雖然冇雪味,但解凍時間不足,有啲冰凍。花之卷唔錯,蟹子粒粒脆卜卜,非常鮮甜,仲多過啲壽司飯。汁燒三文魚腩熟度拿捏岩岩好,保持其嫩滑。鰻魚脂肪分佈平均,食落陣陣醬汁油香,鰻魚亦夠厚。泰式蝦壽司非常滋味,配上青檸,金不換香料調出蝦刺身鮮甜。芝士年糕煙煙韌韌,微甜亦帶有陣陣芝士香味。炸芝士外脆內芝士流心,熱辣辣時食芝士更濃郁。鐵板牛柳粒成碟都好好味,冇折都要叫🙊牛柳粒軟滑無比,亦冇多餘肥膏,連配角蒜子都出色,炒得腍,索哂牛柳醬汁,惹味十足。
