To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然呢間係車仔麵店,但食物賣相一點都唔求其,腐乳通菜整齊的排好,長短一致,表面淋上大量腐乳,保證食的時候每一條菜都會沾上

三餸一麵 ($37)
一人叫左一碗三餸一麵,交換食就可以試到六款餸,我地兩個都比較鐘意食油麵,揀左微辣,類似沙嗲醬會放係麵的面頭,記得撈勻先食,湯唔似一般車仔麵的味精湯,飲落感覺不錯,第一碗叫左豬腸、蘿蔔、魷魚,豬腸特別美味,又肥又粗,蘿蔔係食車仔麵不可缺少的一環,魷魚生熟度岩好,唔會煮到得番細細舊

第二碗叫左豬皮、魚旦、牛筋,魚旦細細粒有咬口,充滿陳皮味,係好耐無食過的懷舊味道,豬皮同牛筋好入味,牛筋好淋,有點似食緊花膠


永年士多果然名不虛傳,每樣餸都好用心去煮,特別係懷舊魚旦最有風味,用材明顯唔係普通貨色,淨係睇條肥豬腸都知道了,有時最簡單的食物,先係最難整得好,永年就將車仔麵變得不一樣了
