已經很久沒來了,因為要大排長龍,所以每次想吃都卻步。今天Lunch hour經過,見人不多,便坐下。點了壺熱的水果茶($38),微暖,入口溫度剛好。友人要了冰的黑糖珍珠奶茶,偏甜及重奶味,比起平時喝的珍珠較煙韌。今天我特別想吃鹽酥雞($64),這是其中一樣招牌菜,誰不知令人失望。炸得過時了,有點硬,不夠鬆。相反,地瓜炸花枝餅($64),啖啖墨魚肉,大大粒很有口感👍🏻友人點了紅燒牛肉麵($74),總算在這回合拿回一分。牛肉已經淋透了,麵同湯底才是重點,濃濃的牛肉香味,台灣麵的味道湧上心頭。
