To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每一晚放工經過,長長的人龍,真係提不起勁去等待。今天晚上,天氣剛剛轉冷,又下着毛毛雨,由重慶大廈望過對面,經過今晚不見有人龍,我笑謂,可能今天沒有開吧!驚喜,只有一人在排隊,我兩立即上前排隊🤣,很快就到我們,點了熱黑糖鹿丸鮮奶及熱小確幸。他們的熱飲是溫暖,不是熱,當然入口不會燙口,但我反而覺得溫度可以熱一點,很不喜歡這重不溫不熱的感覺說回味道,黑糖鹿丸鮮奶係勝一籌,鹿丸滿滿黑糖味道,如果是黑糖忠粉,一定喜歡;至於小確幸就是紅豆奶茶,味道不過不失,無驚喜。之前朋友買過凍的給我,我覺得凍比較好飲。值唔值排長龍?籌覺籌不致於吧

說回味道,黑糖鹿丸鮮奶係勝一籌,鹿丸滿滿黑糖味道,如果是黑糖忠粉,一定喜歡;至於小確幸就是紅豆奶茶,味道不過不失,無驚喜。
