和一位好久不見的好朋友迎月夜見面,  所以要食餐好, 我選了位於灣仔尾的人氣意式小酒館 Odelice ! 平時這店平時是一位難要求, 但當人人返屋企做節時,就可以唔使同人迫慢慢享受一餐美妙的晚餐。 餐廳面積比想像中細,但情調唔錯,  燈光柔和,感覺隨和。我們也不是酒徒, 反而點了兩客 $55好像是將蘑菇即打成湯一樣,質感濃稠,同時喝蘑菇蓉一樣。因為加了黑松露油令香味更突出,芳香黑松露相信無人可以抗拒,絕對是真材實料的美味蘑菇湯。 雖然我們沒有喝酒但點了廚師精選拼盤$175 作餐前小食。 材料豐富,有煙三文魚、帕爾馬火腿、意大利香腸等,Cold Cut 以外還有烤意大利青瓜、烤車厘茄、帕馬森芝士等、以麵包配香滑牛油果醬無得頂。  帕爾馬火腿肉質鬆軟順滑,鹹香較重就是欠了一片哈密瓜;煙三文魚油香細嫩夠。 但朋友更喜歡口吃以海鹽調味的烤蔬菜。  帕爾瑪火腿蕎麥餅$98       餅皮透薄,摺對等四邊,錎料一目了然。 用上了來自Brittany, France 蕎麥, 所以餅皮色澤亮麗,呈現深啡,充滿麥香,不含麩質美味之餘也同時食得更健康。錎料選了巴馬火腿、半生熟雞蛋、車尼茄,以沙律菜碟

好像是將蘑菇即打成湯一樣,質感濃稠,同時喝蘑菇蓉一樣。因為加了黑松露油令香味更突出,芳香黑松露相信無人可以抗拒,絕對是真材實料

不含麩質美味之餘也同時食得更健康。

錎料選了巴馬火腿、半生熟雞蛋、車尼茄,以沙律菜碟。  

咸香的巴馬火腿引領著味蕾,流心雞蛋令口感更滑 ,美味又討好。

煎三文魚柳最高境界當要煎到皮脆肉嫩, 所以火喉控制是最關鍵的一環。

較較深切開三文魚柳,  呈現美麗的淺粉紅色,魚油充沛;肉質柔潤細滑,魚皮薄如紙,微微香脆感。魚味濃郁,又香又美味。  

全晚實我最期待是甜品時間 Homemade tiramisu $88

每當在意式餐廳用餐我必點這款經典的意大利甜品。芝士蛋糕形狀正方和我期望一樣。

可可粉佈滿蛋糕面, 濃郁而甜美, 咖啡香和酒味平均, 加上 mascarpone cheese 又香又滑,蛋糕口感濕潤,入口即溶也絕無誇張, 美味度爆燈, 必食! 



每人消費 $351  

性價比相當高 ,但我覺得情侶在這裡眉餐更適合。
