To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大館可以說是近排大熱的打咭熱點,今天就與兩個老外朋友試這裡的素食點心。裝飾佈置屬走的是傳統中式路線,座位不算多。中午並無午市套餐,全店供應素食,以點心、飯、麵為主,簡單來說是一間素食點心茗茶店。茶,要每人點一個,店員有教我們幾個簡單沖茶的步驟。我點了$58的高山烏龍茶。點心紙清清楚楚的已列明每道點心的件數。我最欣賞的是素燒賣,以糯米飯代替了豬肉。較為失望的是蘿蔔糕,太細件。其他的各類蒸餃也全都好食。中午繁忙時間大致八、九成坐滿,嘆這類中式茶,感覺不錯。
