To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次食素式私房菜,令我更喜愛吃素了! 由於其中一位是素食朋友,只會到素餐廳,就不如試些特別一點的私房菜吧!地點也很方便,近觀塘MTR,大約10分鐘到去到! 可能因為疫情,私房菜也需要訂位的 ($258+10%),最後當晚只係得我們四個人。我們被安排坐近廚房出菜的位置,因為得師傅一個人煮食物又要照顧我們的需要,都好忙碌! 但師傅掌握時間十分好,每碟素菜之間不用等很久,一煮好就即刻送到我們的枱上,每一碟都係熱呼呼呀! 整晚的食物質素都好好,特別係素叉燒,佢既味道同真的叉燒係無分別,仲可以整到有燶邊的效果,真係好利害呀! 我都忍唔住問師傅點整,原來係用麥芽糖,唔怪得入口甜甜地..除了熱食精彩,素沙律都要但得一提,O的鮮百合真係整得好爽脆同埋野味...真係用了不到10分鐘就已經吃完....經過今次既素食私房菜,真係再要去試一O下其他的餐廳先!!
