To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從食素之後,很久也沒有飲茶食點心,期望能遇上一間有點心又早開的餐廳。緻素坊真的沒有令我失望,蝦餃、燒賣、珍珠雞、小籠包,真的非一般「急凍」的貨識,材料很足,味道各有特別,滿足口感,令我和家人一試難忘。雞紮是用猴頭菇所做,非常入味,又有口感。手撕杏鮑菇外脆內軟,非常香口。布拉腸又滑又軟,加上醬汁,簡直是絕配。一定會再次到訪。溫馨提示:點心做到下午三點半,有興趣試的朋友,要預時間啦。還有午市好好時候都較多人,訂左位就安心啲。
