見但馬屋新出左紅酒壽喜燒鍋,之前係日本食過壽喜燒後就愛上左,所以情人節前夕,同老公黎黎試下一人一鍋試下先。但馬屋係食90分鐘既放題。我就當然擇左期待已久既紅酒壽喜燒,而老公就點左個千夜鍋。紅酒壽喜燒醬係呢度店自家調製,同湯底分開2個壺,可以自己調配紅酒既份量店員起初會講解食法,先爆香牛膏、大蔥、洋蔥、再放入和牛,再加入小量湯底同紅酒壽喜燒醬,令塊肉入味,煮大概幾秒就可以夾出嚟食。壽喜燒配生蛋嚟食,超好食呀。同我係日本食既差唔多高質,正!呢個set佢已經執好一份配菜,好細心。唔夠食自己先出去再拎。配菜有幾款出面無既,一個係已經燒過嘅豆腐,另一個係冰菜。真係估佢唔到連呢隻菜都有。而老公打邊爐佢就主要走出放題區,驟眼睇都有好多火鍋配料任揀,包括有丸類、芝士腸、菇類、豆腐、響鈴,連羽衣甘藍都有。自助飲品吧有果汁同罐裝飲品任飲。日本產黑毛和牛,很新鮮既顏色,和牛油脂分布均勻,放落鍋中碌一碌,食落口真係特別滑,牛味濃郁。第二round既牛質素都無下降👍🏻👍🏻最後仲有Haagen-Dazs雪糕任食。老公仲仲話生日要再黎食過呀😆
