今日去九龍城食泰國野,係附近搵下餐廳既時候,竟然比我發現有間諾亞半熟蛋糕專門店!原來佢大有來頭,係台灣首間研發半熟蜂蜜蛋糕的蛋糕店,紅遍台灣,早幾年黎左香港開分店。咁我同朋友就每人叫左兩款唔同既半熟蛋糕我朋友呢個就係朱古力芝士蛋糕,出奇地 呢個比利時黑朱古力蛋糕朱古力味唔算太重,反而芝士味好香!切開中間有少少流心效果 總共有三層 食落口感好豐富、軟滑。佢有一層芝士一層朱古力同埋一層蛋糕。個層蛋糕可以中和芝士既膩度,令到成個蛋糕更有層次感∼而我就比個Tiramisu熊仔頭蛋糕吸引到,實在太可愛啦。呢個蛋糕系半生熟,就係溶溶地既口感,唔同我地平時固體軟淋淋既口感。最緊要係距唔會太甜,適中,十分可口!兩個半熟蛋糕加埋都係200蚊左右,好抵食~
