在大雨中看到這店門的多個花牌, 有新餐廳, 所以試下. 就座後, 點了嗲牛米配熱奶茶. 因為自己不喜歡公仔麵, 反而比較喜歡米粉. 另外米粉夠幼細, 易掛汁, 可以嚐到嗲牛原味. 圓形的炒蛋, 是預先炒好的炒蛋, 較濕潤, 是炒桂花的前身. 習慣將炒蛋放到粉麵上保溫. 而丹麥酥表面有一層黃色的油, 很大機會是人造牛油MARGARINE馬芝蓮. 好邪惡呀! 還未計每層酥皮之間的油份呢! 於是以紙巾墊底, 希望能吸走多餘的油份.   沙嗲汁以甜為主, 不太辣, 有微微的花生香. 牛肉紋理清晰, 鹼水味不濃, 有質感要多加咀嚼, 不是勁啤水的貨色.   把嗲牛浸在米粉之中, 好讓每條米粉都沾上沙嗲汁.  然後就要有儀態, 以叉子享用沙嗲味的米粉了.   最後來一杯熱奶茶做早餐的句號.   呢杯熱奶茶的附加功能, 真係好勁呀! 總之好順暢啦!  個人覺得: 奶茶不愧係地表最強的X藥!
