銅鑼灣有間樓上西餐廳,午餐有Lunch Set,價格親民,而晚上主打5 Course Tasting Menu,另有單店可以選擇,建議每人一份,唔夠再加。店內裝潢簡潔,座位舒適,燈光柔和,適合約會,因環境無大,有興趣可提早預約Booking,上到去先知無位就唔好啦!我哋兩個人全部Option 各一,Share食最Happy。前菜為香草牛油帶子同雞肝慕絲,前者鮮甜,後者軟綿。法式龍蝦湯味道香濃,若有麵包沾會更滋味😋主食有兩款,手工意粉軟硬度適中,淡淡紅酒香氣,上面灑滿芝士,芝士控表示滿足!手折蟹肉貝殼粉蟹肉十足,呢種粉比較少見,吸滿醬汁,食落唔膩,值得一試。牛扒同鰆魚柳各有千秋,細細塊方便食用,牛扒七成熟啱啱好,咬落嫩滑,搭配紅蔥頭蓉同黑松露牛肉汁,旁邊仲有羽衣甘藍!個人更喜歡後者,魚柳超嫩,入口即化,外皮微微脆身,可增添口感。最後以自家製芒果芭菲配椰奶雪芭,滿足!
