To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 系統很爛，服務很差

中午套餐，選擇套餐，卻出現單點賬單，單點比套餐還貴，服務員對系統操作不熟悉，不努力提高IT水平和服務水平，會被淘汰……在菜單上。明確看到是套餐和單點，選了套餐發送。後來發現套餐中的另外兩個菜一直不上菜，當時還沒有結賬不，告訴我選了單點。應該是在沒有結賬前，是可以把單點改為套餐的，說系統無法進行更改。現在的IT技術這麼發达，怎麼可能更改不了？！明顯是敷衍。店長店員態度都很惡劣，點單期間要求協助，但看得出來也對業務明顯不熟悉。店大欺客，香港競爭這麼激烈，遲早會被淘汰
