To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

走過柯士甸站，隨着人潮湧入一間不起眼的咖啡小店。幾張簡樸的木椅，店裡熱鬧地烘焙着甜甜香氣，吸引住我幾乎忘了呼吸。門口只放兩張小櫈，但熱情的店員已經讓我有坐落家中的錯覺。"落"嘅巴斯克芝士蛋糕，特選呢期嘅茶香綠茶口味，蛋糕賣相一流，上面灑滿烘焙過嘅糙米，簡直係藝術品一件！揭開第一塊，茶香撲鼻而來，呢個滋味無可抗拒。咬落去，綠茶嘅苦澀配上微微甜，入口即化。茶味剛剛好，爽口不悶膩；而底部嘅焦香更係點睛之筆，每一口都食到綠茶同糙米嘅完美交融。再點杯flat white，咖啡師手藝嘅天鵝拉花簡直令人目不轉睛。咖啡味濃而不苦，雲呢拿嘅香甜溫柔地勾起口腔裡面每一個味蕾。這裡，是一個喘息的小角落，等待下次再回味這簡單而幸福的味道。🍰☕️🍵
