今日下午去了銅鑼灣一間以火鍋為主的餐廳,但下午有點心的,而且點心十分精緻。因餐廳位於21樓,所以景觀很開揚,座位闊落。一邊以淡綠色為主色,清雅時尚。另一邊以金啡色為主,顯出典雅高貴。中間更放了一架電單車做裝飾,很特別。我點了:-姬松茸鮮竹卷 原盅上,配有2條姬松茸,湯味香濃。-木魚絲xo醬炒蘿蔔糕配有銀芽和西椒絲,用XO醬炒蘿蔔糕,非常入味,面上鋪滿木魚絲。-杏汁金魚餃賣相很精緻,金魚餃內是蝦肉的。-迷你鴛鴦飯不像傳統的鴛鴦飯,是用了火龍果做醬汁配蝦肉,另一邊是蛋白菜粒雞肉粒。十分健康。
