平時都鍾意飲茶食點心,但晏晝未必有時間去飲茶,於是今晚就特登搵咗依間夜晚都有得食點心嘅餐廳試下!除咗點心之外原來仲有蒸飯、燉湯,選擇都幾多!飲茶一定叫蝦餃($19)先,好大粒蝦,個皮幾薄同滑!潮州粉果($16),個皮好煙韌,一咬真係爆餡咁滯!而且個餡已經好夠味,都唔需要另外加醬油食。鮮竹牛肉球($26),好嫩滑,另外入面嘅馬蹄仲保持到爽脆多汁,正!鳳爪排骨飯($28),平平地已經食到個飯,正常水準啦!最後仲叫左個脆炸北海道鮮奶($18),都幾驚喜,好大舊!而且好酥脆,個鮮奶味道都好濃好香。後尾店員同我地講依到係自家製品牌,全部點心都係即叫即整嘅手工點心黎,師傳仲係日本東京富麗華做左好多年,專為高管達人同明星服務,係香港都係好多間米芝蓮酒店及大型連鎖酒樓集團做主管,難怪啲野食性價比咁高!都值得試下。
