To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同同事去食私房菜素食,食物好精緻感覺到廚師的用心製作。味道很好,有清淡,有濃味,有鬆脆香口,咁多味菜的組合,感覺上特別用心組合迷網榴槤脆,超好食,外面似係粉絲包裹炸香,非常酥脆,又唔係一般的榴槤酥,裡面有多重口感,最突出當然係濃味的榴槤。和風野菜百合沙律,酸酸甜甜,百合特別鮮甜。湯好鮮,完全唔會因為冇肉而感覺寡。哩間餐廳係完全唔加味精,咁先厲害。豆腐,就好清好滑,對於喜歡哩種豆苗的我就岩曬,份量可以再多d就更加好,好好食黑松露烤鮑魚菇,黑松露的香味,我鍾意,鮑魚菇夠爽口,廚師好細心切好,稍微一分可以分開,唔使咁大塊一次入口。叉燒,真係似叉燒味,香甜脆,黑色的係欖角,當然叉燒味又冇肉味,豆乾係素食中必定食物。松子炒飯,飯炒得有鍋氣,粒粒分明,松子好香,口感豐富。雪蓮桃膠糖水,雪蓮係咪即係雪耳呢?😄桃膠煲得夠軟夠火候。全部食物都不太油膩,食品精緻,值得一試。

迷網榴槤脆,超好食,外面似係粉絲包裹炸香,非常酥脆,又唔係一般的榴槤酥,裡面有多重口感,最突出當然係濃味的榴槤。
