前陣子喺網上見到呢間餐廳嘅介紹,由一個熱血既90後開設,曾經喺台灣、悉尼開過咖啡店,亦贏過唔少獎項~甫進店,皮革坐墊、餐牌,仲有店員既服飾已經感受到一股手作工藝味道~睇睇餐牌,有DAY跟NIGHT之分,而且同樣吸引先點了一份MR. LAMB係慢煮3小時澳洲羊臀腰肉,嫩滑唔騷!配上兩片鬆脆既黑炭麵包,係意粉、飯外,一個幾特別既配搭~加上青荳蓉、羽衣甘藍作伴菜,賣相精緻又健康。另一份係DUCK LEG CONFIT亦都係用上慢煮三小時嘅煮法 可能因為呢度主張健康烹調,所以咸度剛好。煎香既外層、香滑鬆軟既鴨肉,配上南瓜蓉,香甜又清新!呢度既咖啡有BLACK、WHITE之分BLACK是指black coffeeWHITE則是加有奶的我地點了WHITE,除左可選latte,flat white,cappuccino.仲會細分Fruity blend ,Choco blend,我地都各點一杯latte 睇睇分別~Choco blend配上提子粒,先食粒提子味道會較突出~而Fruity blend就配上杏仁粒。雖然我對咖啡無太多研究,但每杯咖啡都附上一張tasting note,細味一下覺得酸度比較

可能因為呢度主張健康烹調,所以咸度剛好。

整體環境食物都唔錯,不過款式多返d更好~好多DAY既款式都想試喔!
