潮州嘢都食得多,滷水打冷呢啲例牌嘢。今日去到呢間潮州菜館,本身係做咗20年日本食物,再加埋潮州菜廣東菜師傅嘅fusion餐廳,咁就第一次試。吸引到我嘅係佢哋嘅醉香三寶,分別係墨魚、鵝肝、雞髀。擺盤當然企企理理喇。佢哋嘅醉酒汁好出色,酒味好濃,又唔會太鹹同埋太甜。突出咗酒香。雞髀浸到嫩滑,鵝肝直情入口即化,醉墨魚真係第一次食,以為係橙色嗰啲,原來係新鮮大墨魚。好厚肉好爽。午餐就包埋嘢飲,價錢就同食個拉麵差唔多,但係呢度就好明顯呢啲舒服啲。
