首先上嘅前菜有煙燻蛋,上菜嘅時候會先蓋着,然後響大家面前拎起個蓋,會有啲煙飄出嚟,視覺效果好靚。
同事訂咗一個東坡千層,將東坡肉造成一層層嘅效果,味道好好,入口即溶。
除此之外松鼠桂魚都係值得推薦嘅菜式,呢道菜嘅擺盤好重要,炸左之後條魚嘅姿態,頭同尾都應該向上先係一條合格嘅松鼠桂魚XD,而佢係做得到嘅。抵讚!
每一樣菜式都好精緻,最緊要嘅係佢係好睇又好食,我會向大家推薦呢間餐廳。

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
