今次主要就是吃懷舊菜。蝦籽柚皮,$128主角就是柚皮,柚皮浸軟幾小時至軟,再上湯燜煮8小時。入口綿如東瓜,卻有柚子的清香與回甘。蝦籽不算多但還是抺上一陣蝦籽的鹹香。懷舊蝦多士,$60蝦多士還有一件件的三角型多士,很傳統。多士炸得鬆脆,蝦尾繞上來還是很有美感。大良蟹肉炒鮮奶,$78炒鮮奶要慢煮細做,略略炒過火便會鞋口。這兒的炒鮮奶又滑又白,綿綿的滑入喉嚨。東海小炒皇,$88小炒皇的腰果脆口沒油膉味,蒜心翠綠,是一道考鑊氣嘅菜式。沙拉骨,$58外層炸到脆口,內裡又封了肉汁。是一道很難做得好吃的菜式,這兒炸得很香口。
