紫心香芋丸外脆內軟,食落唔會太黏同唔會黏牙,texture做得OK。香芋甜甜地幾好食,唔會太過甜,但係整體都仲係有少少膩。即使我地只點兩隻生蠔,但碟上都放在好多冰黎keep住d蠔既鮮度。生蠔新鮮而且幾甜,一d腥味都冇,完全唔需要點醬同落檸檬汁,幾好食。牛油燒帶子用一個小鐵鍋盛載,上菜時特別香,好香牛油味。帶子好大隻,啖啖肉,一開頭食既時候非常鮮嫩,但經鐵鍋既餘溫不斷煮熱,再食就變得有少少老。但總體味道幾甜幾香,唔錯。招牌蒜燒茄子將原條茄子切開一半,然後灑上滿滿既蒜蓉燒製,味道好香口同惹味,我認為係其中一道必點既菜式。唯一無法解決既問題就係茄子非常吸油,幾油膩。仲點左燒汁鰻魚半條,鰻魚啖啖肉仲幾嫩滑,加上蒲燒鰻魚汁變得好RICH,雖然好食,但比較適合配飯食。雜菜豆腐鍋偏重清淡既感覺,食完煎煮油炸可以中和一下。而什錦鍋仔烏冬完全冇咩特之處,就系簡單一個烏冬,no comment。
