尖沙咀人多車多,今晚不如搵間樓上舖食飯,避開人潮先。黎到呢間「樂園」,門口好似間幼稚園咁,畫滿壁晝,店內仲有好多棋類任玩,感覺都幾開心。入到餐廳,店員推薦我地試下「廚師發辦」,原價每位$298,而家優惠價每位$158 (周一至四),我地呢D貪小便宜既,就試下啦!食物黎到,我立即嘩一聲,原來廚師會將食物布置到成幅畫咁,好靚呀,手機先食。店員介紹我地由熱食開始。第一樣試既係「牛油檸檬汁煎帶子刺身」,呢個名,我同朋友真係思考左好耐,煎左既刺身,究竟係生定熟既呢?黎到原來係熟既,帶子厚肉而且新鮮,有牛油香,第一印象唔錯!「黑魚子鵝肝多士」,鵝肝火候控制得好,外層微焦,入面仍然軟滑芳香,配埋塊脆卜卜既多士,絕配。食完鵝肝,食番粒「烈酒煮布冧」清下味蕾。好好味!雖然話係烈酒煮,但食唔到酒味,反而係酸酸甜甜既味道衝擊住味道,好清新,個人既大愛。「香煎加拿大特大虎蝦」,虎蝦肉質爽口,已經開邊,啖啖肉,煎得鹹香,好食。「蒜片配香煎安格斯牛柳粒」,牛肉夠腍有肉味,夾埋旁邊既蒜片同牛肉汁食,惹味。「鹽水煮榮螺」,簡單但爽口鮮甜,好鍾意食,如果有多D就好。「蟹棒」厚肉,「和風雜菜沙律」新鮮,light and
