今日有空去了新開不久的啟德零售館,特意選擇了The Pantry Club享用晚餐,這裡的美食真的是高質素的體驗,非常值得推介。首先品嘗的是Iron Grilled Flank Steak,煎牛排的熟度恰到好處,肉質鮮嫩多汁,搭配焗蔬菜,燒汁和香蒜青醬更是令整道菜的風味提升。薯條香脆可口,與牛排的搭配相得益彰。接下來是Scallop Tagliatelle,這道菜的手工寬麵滑嫩,燒帶子鮮甜,黑魚籽增添了獨特的口感,蘑菇和海膽忌廉汁完美融合,整體口味豐富而層次分明,讓人一試難忘。最後的甜品是The Pantry's Pancake,Ricotta厚pancake 的口感鬆軟,搭配焦糖牛油和楓菜糖漿,甜而不膩,水果的新鮮酸甜更是為整個餐點畫上了完美的句號。不僅食物質素高,The Pantry Club的環境也非常舒適宜人,是享受美食的理想之地。這裡的每一道菜都讓人感受到廚師的用心和創意,絕對值得再次光臨。
