Happy Friday,又到左同同事吃好野的時候。大家bookmark左呢間印度打卡餐廳。餐廳樓底高,用金色和黑色做主調,有型格得黎又帶點華麗。午市時間有set thali,我地點左✨️East Indian Fish Chinchoni西班牙馬鮫魚用左2款烹飪方式演繹,煎封的外皮帶脆,肉質厚實。另一款汁煮,肉嫩又有好香的咖哩味,點烤餅一流。仲有杯粉紅色的特飲好吸睛,椰奶加上其他香料,酸酸咸咸,好有印度特情。✨️Not Curry牛肩肉連埋紅蘿蔔和薯仔,炆得軟腍入味,好味道。仲有店家自制的玉米餅,食落脆身有粟米香,配上莎莎醬好開胃。另外印度傳統麵包波波,鬆軟有彈性。Cabbage foogath用上椰菜絲燉咖哩葉,再灑上椰絲,清甜有椰香。✨️甜品Shrikhand berry twist用上希臘乳酪,好creamy,加上唔同的雜莓,味道濃厚又清新。✨️Rabdi呢個用全脂奶做,奶味好香。加埋小豆蔻的淡淡香氣和開心果,杏仁碎,食落好滿足。💗今餐食左一餐幾正宗的印度菜,大家味蕾都有新的刺激。餐廳侍應都超親切,氣氛非常好。
