To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 帶素食朋友去試vegetarian all we can eat我同佢一樣冇失望,仲覺得個廚好有心思整嘢食呢個服務,裝修氣氛加埋個景當係節日慶祝都好fit😝由前菜、炸物、卷物、爐端燒、到主食全部都冇中伏之餘,大大感受到一份精緻嘅創意例如用雜菜做開胃菜嘅綠天使他他外表成粒咕嚕肉,實際係甜酸醬椰菜花天婦羅用雞髀菇同蘋果做飯卷,用紅菜頭汁點綴三文魚每樣嘢都食得出一份獨特嘅創意!有少量室外位置,見到有投影燈射去對面大廈後來發現係餐廳嘅心思,可以為客人安排投影字句如果想約另一半食飯俾個驚喜佢嘅話,呢度可以話係由內到外,再到返內咁有heart🤎✨
