錦鹵雲吞有別於廣式炸雲吞,雲吞皮炸得鬆脆而不油膩,加入蝦、魷魚、叉燒、青紅椒,酸甜汁的酸甜度剛剛好,惹味又醒胃,忍唔住一口接一口。懷舊鳳梨咕嚕肉其實咕嚕肉唔難煮,做得好味卻很難,令人眼前一亮,外脆肉嫩,食落啖啖肉,肥瘦均勻,加上酸甜汁剛好掛汁,加上爽甜的鳳梨,好開胃又送飯。銀芽肉絲脆麵將麵炸得香脆,伴以爽口的銀芽,將濃郁豆豉芡汁,淋在炸至香脆嘅麵底時,仲會發出滋滋聲,食到最底變成又脆又軟的口感,賣相滿分,打卡一流 。
