今日去開銅鑼灣,想食中菜,諗返起上颜府御宴食過午餐都非常唔錯,今日就決定嚟試吓去個晚餐,點咗一啲前菜同主菜一共5款菜式。其中我個人最鍾意食佢個薑蔥炒蠔,味道都真係炒得幾香同鮮味,啱啱好保持到好嘅水份同鮮味但係又唔會太過熟。另外佢哋嘅涼拌酸醋木耳作為飯前菜都好開胃,個汁凍凍地冰冰地酸酸地用嚟當作飯前小食幾開胃,而佢哋嘅蝦乾炒芥蘭味道對我本人來講略為小小偏鹹,如果配飯食口感應該更佳。雞腳嘅鮑魚汁炆得啲雞腳好入味而且咸度適中,呢款菜式又係值得推薦。
