To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日中午跟朋友來到尖沙咀,假日緣故人流非常多,加上夏日炎炎商場人流更是旺盛。餐廳座無虛席,剛好是午餐時間,我和友人決定吃個上海菜午餐。魚籽煙薰蛋。溏心蛋黃非常吸睛,滑溜的蛋黃非常香口,綿綿的口感甜甜的味道。魚籽咸香,配上蛋黃味道卻非常滋味。我喜歡蛋白的滑溜,入口非常誘人。蒜泥白肉。每片白肉軟腍不乾身,清清甜甜肉香滿滿,包上青瓜後味道更為清新。爽甜青瓜伴上白肉,加上香口微辣醬汁,滿滿蒜粒,一口滿是驚喜。阿蘇大籠包。滿滿上湯,店員先給飲管,先把上湯喝光再吃小籠包。上湯非常鮮甜,滿滿肉汁頗是滋味誘人。肉香滿滿,薄薄的小籠包皮,入口滿是肉香的味道。百葉結紅燒肉。豬腩肉炆得軟腍入味,肉質非常鬆軟,帶點香甜的醬汁入口完全不膩口,醬汁不太濃,多吃也不膩。滿滿肉香的味道,旁邊的百葉結吸盡醬香,味道滋味香口。
