老牌中菜館「新斗記」曾獲米芝蓮一星餐廳的美譽,名子應該絕不陌生,在港四處也看到其分店。今晩便去了銅鑼灣那間,雖然只是閒日,但竟也全店坐滿,謹記要預先訂位唷!脆皮燒乳豬 ($148) 是得獎招牌名菜,怎能不試呢?乳豬皮超薄身,烤得香脆無比,肉質鮮嫩而富口感,中層的脂肪早已切去,毫不油膩,加上砂糖及乳豬醬,非常滋味。漁香茄子煲 ($88) 很有鑊氣,茄子炆得腍而入味,醬汁伴飯吃簡直一流。粟米大魚塊 ($158) 經過高溫油炸,外表炸得金黃色,脆漿份量剛剛好,不會覺得厚身。魚塊入口保持豐富肉汁,厚肉鮮嫩 。最有趣的是粟米醬料是分開上的,不怕醬料令炸魚塊變腍,確實很有心思。碧綠賽螃蟹 ($98) 炒得香滑細嫩,還有不少蝦粒在內,令其鮮味和口感也提升,又是拌飯吃必備的餸。吃了那麼多肉也需要點個蔬菜,干煽四季豆 ($88) 也鑊氣十足,而且炒得非常爽口脆,但是頗油膩呢。還有免費糖水送,有紅豆沙和芝麻糊可選擇。雖然紅豆沙的陳皮味很重,但我就覺得芝麻糊更岀色。
