To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢排天氣凍凍地,最岩就係打邊爐,今晚難得去粉嶺探好友,由好友拍板,帶我去左呢間靚裝火鍋餐廳,估唔到裝修係我至愛既粉藍系列,而且坐位都好闊落。湯底我地揀左藥膳醉雞鍋,可以揀半隻雞或一隻雞,湯底好濃,藥材味好香,酒味清醇,店員千叮萬囑我地3分30秒就可以熄爐,飲湯,跟住食雞,時間果然掌握得岩岩好,雞肉依然好嫩滑。另外我地仲叫左安格斯牛肉,肥瘦均稱,牛肉味香濃,入口即溶。仲有樣好特別既讓油炸鬼,原來係將D魚滑釀係油炸鬼入面,就咁食又得,點湯食都鬼,各有風味。雲吞+水餃,皮薄餡靚。唐生菜五花茶
