米芝連蓮一星法國菜由Konishi San 安排的course 跟wine pairing .食材很多都是日本海產.頭盤的赤貝好鮮甜再來的海胆非常驚喜!海胆味道已經很濃,配合caviar 跟海藻更加有層次,自己加上橙汁亦很有特色。.鮑魚risotto 是signature dish鮑魚燒得香口,risotto 香濃.平目蜆湯非常鮮甜。平目魚肉質結實,味道很好。最後是焗元朗農場飼養的本地雞雞肉鮮嫩,沒有太多調味,突顯雞味略嫌雞皮有點油膩,裏面釀的焗飯亦有少少內臟腥味.對比傳統法國菜,這裡偏向日式fusion食材新鮮,菜式容易入口整體滿意的一餐。
