To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得有信用咭優惠(85折),所以便一嚐米芝蓮食府,而我地今次就試了平日午市點心放題,用膳時間由11:30~14:30每道點心都係即叫即整,所以落了單後,會較慢上菜,但每次上菜都熱辣辣,等一下都值得~點心款式不多,不過每款都好有水準,以下是特別推介:晶瑩鮮蝦餃,好足料豉味陳村粉蒸排骨,陳村粉吸收了汁,好正沙律明蝦角,脆口,不油膩,好好食咖喱蒸土魷,爽口彈牙!安格斯牛肉金菇腸粉,嫩滑不過,平日點心放題就無得叫招牌叉燒,要星期六日才有,就有點可惜…
