  • Members wishing to use Card Linked Earn must link eligible Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards to their membership account.

Zucchini - Spiny Lobster - Mint
分開兩種食法嘅加州龍蝦🦞配意大利zucchini🥒首先從釀入龍蝦肉嘅zucchini花食起,龍蝦厚肉彈牙,另外仲有茴香啫喱同茴香葉,加上zucchini本身嘅爽脆清甜味道,令到菜式不單有龍蝦鮮味亦有蔬菜鮮味😆😆食緊嘅同時,廚師仲會係席前即席炮製下半道菜,先將龍蝦炭燒🔥再加入茴香啫喱、薄荷油同龍蝦湯,湯汁好creamy,龍蝦鮮味突出,仲帶點清新感覺,加上炭燒味香濃嘅龍蝦肉,食完會齒頰留香😚😚

Cauliflower - Coconut
冇諗過椰菜花都可以變成甜品🤣大廚先以白朱古力作為基調,加上椰子雪糕🥥以及椰菜花、牛奶同雲尼拿打成嘅椰菜花忌廉泡沫,質感綿密,食落帶朱古力同椰子香甜味,仲有椰菜花本身少許清香嘅味道,撞埋一齊又幾夾。

🍸Mocktail用上番茄水、西芹、花蜜同士多啤梨調配而成,各種材料本身嘅香味各有特色,花蜜同士多啤梨帶天然香甜味,而番茄水則帶輕微鹹鮮味,幾特別😛😛
