9月除了是學生開校月份,也是我的生日月份。 人大了,雖然已經沒有小時候那種把生日看得很期待很重視的感覺,別說會和你慶祝,會記得你生日,跟你說聲生日快樂的"朋友!?" 也愈來愈少了.... 還會跟我慶祝的,相信也深知她/他會是我這輩子的重要角色,讓我在此多謝你們(雖然不見得你們會時常看我的文,哈哈)。以往我的生日,我們一家人多數會去吃自助餐/意大利餐廳,今年想試試其他的,選了米芝蓮一星的文華廳吃午飯,期待嘗嘗它們的精緻點心及叉燒皇。Book了週末12:30,餐廳在前一天打來再確認booking. 我們星期日準時到達,餐廳職員給我們安排座位。餐廳環境裝潢具氣派,用深紅的木作主色,牆壁掛了黑色刻畫,用金漆填色,堂皇又不俗氣。燈是一個又一個的金色燈籠,與牆身和餐廳的氛圍十分配襯。店員先給我們熱毛巾抹抹手。再送上(左起) xo醬豆瓣醬,及豉油供客人自行調味。開了茶後,店員送上餐牌,長型的那份是點心menu另外的則是小菜及套餐餐牌。我們是次一共點了6款食品,有些點心因為一客只有3件,店員主動詢問我們需否加做成4件,有見貼心。蜂巢鮑魚盒Golden taro puff, abalone $216(4
