2019~2021年都得到米芝蓮指南推介,呢間滬菜個名係取自上海最傳奇的古典庭園──豫園~(不過話說上海真嗰個豫園入面間小籠包係好很難食的 😂)餐廳位處銅鑼灣26樓,可以飽覽維港景色~座位唔迫而且環境都幾舒適~(不過時日同屋企人食飯,影相影得好收斂,偷拍味濃而且比個景打到反反地光好炒車😝)小籠包追求16摺,皮薄、汁多、味鮮~呢度既小籠包做得唔錯,基本上係滿足到上海胃既~配埋香醋同薑絲,好食唔漏~正~樟茶鴨味道幾香,肉味都濃。但個人感覺外層有小小太乾唔夠酥化~年糕口感煙韌,口味亦無傳統配方咁鹹~食落比較清爽生煎鍋貼入面都有肉汁但個皮有啲偏厚同埋個底如果可以再脆多少少會更加好食~津白都唔錯。正正常常口味~脆皮素鵝反而出乎意料地好食,用腐皮包住各式唔同既蔬菜絲, 炸完脆得嚟唔會油膩,夠香同口感豐富。
