To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 記得幫襯當日喉嚨仍是投訴不斷,所以什麼煎炒煮炸都不能選擇,而來到這裡,可選的挺多,餃子麵條湯飯,而這裡掛頭牌的米線好像跟深水步區幾間米線專營店頗為相似,就試她一試!腩肉豆卜腐皮米線,湯底是不錯的豬骨湯,不濃不淡,剛好,配上豆卜腐皮索盡上湯的精華及彈牙的腩肉,佐料絕對沒問題,但可惜有關米線有點過腍,吃到最後過有點碎濕濕的,這點被扣了點分數了!友人點的豬軟骨湯飯略厭豬軟骨烹調不夠腍,但試過後咱家覺得挺有趙頭及味道不錯,這種主觀的感覺道出每人對味道的看法不一樣。價錢當然是經濟抵食,可惜環境麻麻,地方不太乾淨之餘及檯椅較殘舊,若能夠接受的話,這裡是一個可以的選擇。後話:原來這裡的米線會添加辣醬以增加食味,但以當時的喉嚨狀態,之後因這辣味而引至的敏感就挺難受。

腩肉豆卜腐皮米線,湯底是不錯的豬骨湯,不濃不淡,剛好,配上豆卜腐皮索盡上湯的精華及彈牙的腩肉,佐料絕對沒問題,但可惜有關米線有點過腍,吃到最後過有點碎濕濕的,這點被扣了點分數了!

友人點的豬軟骨湯飯略厭豬軟骨烹調不夠腍,但試過後咱家覺得挺有趙頭及味道不錯,這種主觀的感覺道出每人對味道的看法不一樣。

價錢當然是經濟抵食,可惜環境麻麻,地方不太乾淨之餘及檯椅較殘舊,若能夠接受的話,這裡是一個可以的選擇。
