今天帶喜歡吃魚的長輩去了一間自家品牌的點心餐廳,吃得心滿意足!這裡的賣點是所有點心都即點即製,現場手工做的,味道和口感真的不一樣,超級新鮮。我們點了🏅籠仔蒸飯套餐($138),選了豉汁欖角鱔片蒸飯、雪山叉燒包和芝麻糕。加$30還有一盅松茸雪耳燉雞湯,湯頭清甜,喝得出是真材實料熬出來的。鱔片新鮮彈牙,欖角和豉汁的鹹香剛剛好,金鳳米飯粒煮得鬆軟又分明,長輩讚不絕口。點心方面超推薦🏅川芎蒸魚頭腩,魚肉鮮嫩,川芎的香氣很提味;🏅鯪魚肉蓮藕煎餅有層次感,香口得來不會太油膩;🏅生炒雜菌餃餡料滿滿,菌香自然,口感豐富;🏅黃沙豬潤腸彈牙又滑溜,完全沒有腥味。為了平衡一下,我們還加了一煲🏅飛天唐生菜,大隻蝦乾提味超棒,簡單卻很出色。
