母親收到友人奇華嫁女餅咭一張,知道教育路有一間鋪頭,去左揀餅,望一望果啲傳統禮餅,嗱埋都20幾蚊一件,張咭得果HK$65,而且傳統蓮蓉唐餅,我一向覺得大同嘅好食啲,所以今日揀左奇華一啲新派餅食番屋企食下,換左總共五種餅食共HK75,要補HK$10紅豆綠茶卷以獨立包裝卷蛋蛋糕嚟講,算係好鬆軟,綠茶味好重好靚,紅豆亦都係靚貨,好香濃,紅豆綠茶兩種材料本來就係天生一對,而呢塊蛋糕本來應該會好好味先啱,但由於巻蛋蛋糕唔能夠巻住太多紅豆,所以份量好少,未能夠完全發揮倒呢對最佳配撘嘅應有味道,我覺得呢個係產品設計上嘅失誤,如果俾我設計,我會用相同材料造個叫綠茶流心手掌咁上下大細嘅蛋糕。杏仁酥條味道正常,酥皮鬆而不太膩係佢最大優點,冇乜失望,亦冇太大驚喜。芝麻餅呢樣唔算係新派餅食,算係今日嘅餅食中嘅頭兩位,餅身好鬆脆,芝麻焗得啱啱好,冇過火,所以唔會有絲毫嘅澀味。烏龍茶薄餅呢個係今日最正嘅產品,話係薄餅,但味道口感都比較貼近曲奇,好鬆脆,我諗個設計概念係嚟自El Grey Cookie ,佢地將烏龍茶嘅葉打碎,然後加入搓好嘅麵團焗成,茶葉可以減去餅身入口嘅油膩,而佢嘅茶香可以更加帶出牛油嘅奶香,烏龍

鳳梨酥係我嘅至愛餅食之一,都幾鍾意土鳳梨酥,但鳳梨酥始終係我至愛,因為土鳳梨酥嘅饀料係全菠蘿肉,唔加冬瓜蓉,正正係咁,我就覺得土鳳梨個饀冇咁甜滑,面前嘅土鳳梨酥個皮唔夠鬆化,而個饀酸同甜兩種味道都唔係太夠
結括嚟講,奇華新派餅食味道上只算中規中矩,並冇特別個人之處。
