To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 12月23日晚上為了不想與吃聖誕大餐的人潮迫,於是心血來潮便到國金軒.事先沒有訂位, 但都無需等位,而且位置都不錯,與其他枱的距離亦合理.這次是第3次來,之前已試過出名的叉燒和龍蝦等菜色,這回點的是些簡單的菜餚.頭盤是芥辣田雞腿,略咸.主菜有香醋玉排骨,上湯浸豆苗和海皇魚湯浸豆腐.排骨實在鬆化,酸中帶甜易入口又開胃.豆苗在落單時要求少油,做到要求.魚湯豆腐的豆腐很香豆味,應該不是百X豆腐,上面還加上蝦仁和帶子,美味極了.服務不錯,大多數侍應的反應都很快,每當我想拿起茶壺斟茶時便會有人立即上前協助. 總括來說,我當晚所接受的服務和菜色都算得上是物有所值.
